Oscar Garcia, CEO & Founder of Garso Academy.
Oscar holds a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences as well as a Master's in Sports Business Management. Currently, Oscar serves as the Head Coach for CD Leganes' U14 team, with previous coaching experience at prestigious clubs such as Atlético Madrid and AD Alcorcón. His professional playing career includes competing at the highest youth levels within the Community of Madrid, enriching his approach to coaching and youth development.

Roberto Garcia Ortega
Roberto serves as the Assistant Coach for the U-14 team at Club Deportivo Leganés and is the Coach & Deputy Director at Garso Academy. With over 20 years of football experience, Roberto competed at high levels within Madrid, notably spending four years with Getafe CF’s youth teams. His extensive experience as a player provides valuable insights, enhancing his ability to develop and inspire young athletes.

Ruben Martin Garcia
Rubén, 23, holds a degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences. With over five years of experience coaching elite grassroots soccer in Madrid, Rubén currently works as a Physical Trainer at CD Leganés, focusing on the U-15, U-14, and U-13 teams. Additionally, he has served as a Coordinator and Personal Trainer at Garso Academy, emphasizing holistic development and athletic performance in young soccer players.
