Forms Academy grows through families who have seen the work up close. Refer a family, and when they enroll your account is credited.
I / How It Works
Three steps, one credit.
01 · You refer
Send us their name
Use the referral form with your name and the family you are referring, or ask them to mention your family when they book an evaluation.
02 · They enroll
Their registration is waived
The family you refer does not pay the $99 registration fee when they enroll.
03 · You are credited
After their first paid month
Once the new family completes their first paid month, the credit is applied to your account.
