The summer that decides next season.

Eight weeks. More than two hundred hours. The Alpha Summer Residency is the most concentrated block of technical development Forms runs all year, and in 2026 every full-day place was taken. The 2027 list is open now, and the list hears first.

Why the summer matters

Ten weeks with no matches is either the biggest opportunity of the year or the biggest waste of it.

Repetition density during the sensitive years is the one input that cannot be bought back later. Summer is when a player can get more of it than the rest of the year combined.

During the school year a competitive player trains a few hours a week and spends the rest of the calendar traveling to matches where they touch the ball for a minute or two. The summer removes all of that. For eight weeks the only thing on the schedule is the work, and the work compounds daily rather than weekly.

That is why the residency is built as a residency and run like one. Players are on site for the full day, split between a morning lab and an afternoon arena, with the technical library trained under increasing complexity until it holds under pressure. By August the player carries something into the new season that a camp cannot produce: technique that has been encoded, tested, and measured.

In 2026 the full-day places sold out with more than a hundred players enrolled. Capacity is held deliberately so that repetition density per player stays where the methodology needs it. When 2027 registration opens, the list is contacted before anyone else.

No. The residency is open to Forms members and to players from other clubs.
Is there a part-day or partial-week option?
