What the partnership is, and what it is not.
A structured pathway. No shortcuts.
FC Dallas and Forms Academy announced a strategic development partnership in May 2026, effective for the 2026-27 season. Forms provides technical training, futsal programming and foundational development, and FC Dallas Academy staff work with Forms coaches through a Joint Technical Committee to track development and share evaluations.
The partnership does not buy a place. Every player who moves into the FC Dallas Academy earns it through their own development. Forms Academy continues to operate independently, with full control of its methodology, coaching staff and Residency.
